Setting off for adventure!
Directly adjacent to the Mardorf youth hostel is the Lake Steinhuder SeaTree Adventure Park, one of the finest forest high-ropes courses in Germany, which not only boasts exciting climbing and adventure facilities for the whole family, but which is also a venue for unique experiences for school classes and groups.
The high-ropes garden is located in an unspoilt oak forest which covers no less than 4,000 square metres and features 27 climbing stations in three categories of difficulty - that is to say that there is something for everyone here. For big and small, for "high-ropes" beginners or for old hands. Well secured, you can negotiate various elements such as beams, bridges, rope slides or even the liana and the cage in order to go from tree to tree and test your limits at giddying heights!
