Off to Lüneburg!

By rail: If you are travelling by rail, book your journey to Lüneburg Hauptbahnhof (Lüneburg main railway station). Outside the station hall is the ZOB (Central Bus Station), from where you take the public service bus number 5011 (in the direction of Rettmer/ Häcklingen) or number 5012 (in the direction of Bockelsberg) and get off at the "Scharnhorststraße/ DJH" bus stop. From there, cross the street to Wichernstraße and turn right into the first entrance. You will find the hostel on the other side of the car park. The journey from the station to the hostel takes about 15 minutes.

By bus and car: If you are travelling by motorway from the south, take the A7. Leave the motorway at the Soltau-Ost exit and continue on the B209.

From the north, take the A250 and leave the motorway at the Lüneburg-Häcklingen exit.

Having arrived in the city of Lüneburg, follow the signs to "Universitätscampus  /Scharnhorststraße" and then turn off into Wichernstraße. Here, drive into the first entrance on the right hand side which takes you directly into our car park.
