Tips for your stay

Opening times
Our youth hostel is open from 7.00 a.m. until 10 p.m. If you are going to arrive outside of those hours, please let us know in advance so that we can coordinate your arrival.

Registration
We make our arrangements in accordance with the arrival time specified by you in the accommodation agreement, so that you can register immediately on arrival. Please remember that you can only move into your rooms after they have been cleaned. On your arrival, we shall be pleased to give you and your group an overview of and information on our hostel. We shall then show you your rooms, hand over your bed linen and if required discuss any further arrangements with you. We are of course available to you at all times should you have any queries.

Bed linen
Bed linen is included in all overnight accommodation prices.

Peace at night / Hostel key
The night-time peace period starts at 10 p.m. and ends at 7:00 a.m. On request we can provide you with a hostel front-door key, for which we require a deposit of 10 Euros, so that you can also return to the hostel after 10 p.m. When returning after 10 p.m., please observe our night-time peace rule in the interests of the other guests, also while approaching the hostel.
